crews are working around the clock to safely restore power after multiple rounds of severe weather caused outages. we’ve restored a total of 57,000 customers since the event(s), started about 3 p.m. on friday. currently, 4,579 customers remain without power.

high winds, lightning and heavy rain moved through the state on the evening of may 24, into early morning of may 25, resulting in a peak of 24,000 customer outages. 

entergy’s louisiana storm team has restored power to more than 90,000 customers statewide after 80-plus mph winds and a tornado impacted the southern region late thursday night.

all customers who can safely receive power are expected to be restored by the end of the day.
