power has been restored to nearly all entergy arkansas customers impacted by this week’s storms. since the peak outage count of 39,370 during the evening of aug. 18, entergy arkansas has successfully restored power to 99% of customers impacted.

several rounds of strong winds, lightning and heavy rain moved through the state on aug. 18, continuing into the early morning hours of aug. 19, resulting in a peak of 39,000 customer outages.

one week after hurricane beryl made landfall, our workforce has restored power to approximately 96% of entergy customers affected by hurricane beryl. the majority of customers in the most heavily impacted areas are expected to be restored today. 

our crews continue working safely to restore your power as quickly as possible. we anticipate having 75% of customers restored today and all customers who can safely take power restored no later than monday, july 15.

at 12:30 p.m., our restoration workers have restored approximately 45% of the electrical power outages caused by hurricane beryl.

hurricane season starts saturday, june 1, and experts predict another active season.
