starting march 26, entergy will offer multi-factor authentication as an added layer of security for customers logging into their myentergy account.
with multi-factor authentication, when you log in, you will have the option to receive a six-digit verification code sent to the email associated with your account. simply enter the code, wait for the green check to appear, and hit “submit” to complete the login process. if you do not receive the code, you will have the option to resend it.
customers can enable or disable multi-factor authentication anytime within their profile settings.
